The Observer is saying:

“Sarah Stock was described as being a disappointment in her TNA debut working a dark match against Awesome Kong at the last set of TV tapings in Orlando reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. Stock was brought in from Mexico with the idea that she could become one of the top babyfaces for the Knockouts division and work with Kong to help revitalize the division. Reports from her dark match with Kong on April 21 were described as being pretty bad as her soft Mexican women’s wrestling style didn’t translate well to the U.S. at all. Stock was used the following night in a dark match with Taylor Wilde and was said to have improved.”

I am saying:

There is a definite “clash” in styles! Sometimes things don’t go as planned. I know personally how hard that situation can be as I have worked with luchadores that don’t speak English and I don’t speak Spanish. It’s awkward but, I’ve been around long enough to know how to work around that situation.

Half of the responsibility should be on the “agent” for that match! That’s a big part of TNA’S problem is most of their agents aren’t qualified and the ones that are, they take the power away from so they can’t win!

You know its so TNA office that if someone has 2 dark matches and one wasn’t “up to par” that she was a “disappointment”?

I don’t know (off the top of my head anyway) who Sarah Stock is. From what I gather, she is a star from Mexico, meaning lucha fans know her.

If they are finally “smartening up” and trying to appeal to the Spanish market, how does it help the company to say in a public forum that she was a “disappointment”??
