I am a single mother of 3 children and NEVER EVER had any issues in my life with the exception of a .07 DWAI over 10 years ago. The GAL I had cost me my job because my work hours changed. The GAL interviewed a felon, and others with extensive criminal history on the Petitioner side including the Petitioner which he has 2 Domestic Batteries against me, several aggravated assault arrests, been in and out of jail since the age of 17, has 2 DCFS indications against him and now because he and his mother STAGED an accident of my daughter hurting herself that was turned into my oldest daughter supposedly pushing and choking her, I now have my daughter taken away from me and now my 2 other children need to be interviewed by the GAL to seeing if she will recommend an enforced order of protection against me being with my daughter unless supervised for 2 years! My ex does not work, has no drivers license and his mother that hates me is paying for everything. Being said, when the GAL interviewed me, she NEVER interviewed ANYONE on my end (which I wanted her to and she made nothing up but excuses) that I wanted her to meet with. And as the article written above, it was also told to the GAL I have bi-polar disorder and mental issues. Anything and everything I ever mentioned to this GAL was irrelevant in her eyes, and it was relevant because the people on the Petitioning end have criminal track records and have family issues that have not only been argumentative, but physical. My ex even has had an OP against him some years back for domestic battery to his own mother that is now paying his court fees! She makes a surprise visit at my home and my youngest daughter and oldest daughter (13) answer the door. I was going to lay down for an hour that early afternoon because of my work schedule and crazy hours. My daughter said someone was at the door but that person did not state who she was. I thought it may have been a solicitor and said to say I was not available. My daughter did so. IN the GAL report she said my youngest daughter answered the door alone and no one was with her and I was sleeping. When I told the GAL what happened she said I was a liar and I was making my daughter out to be a liar also. So now, I have a daughter that is living the life of a single child with a Disney Dad, with no job, working for cash under the table. Hiding his alcoholism that he has had for well over 15 years, acting clean as a whistle and hear I am being free and fun, a hard working mother, in a career job, being a Chamber member also, and I am being told the GAL says to my own mother that has to supervise my visits because of an OP that I am not mother material because I have too much going on in my life that seems to be more important! I would really like to know where the proof is! So YOU tell me... When you take a group of people on a GAL report and they all are horrible people and their stories corroborate because they get together and pre-meditate all of it, that means it is true? I had proof to back my stories! Nothing was looked at! Now, I have a little girl that once was so loving act out to me and her siblings, tell made up stories because she is getting the attention in a negative way on her father's end, and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. Ok, here's why it sucked. Sure maybe the "smart fans" "got" it was him working the crowd, but what did the casual fan think? I'll tell you what they thought "give me that half hour of my fucking life back!". It was cheap heat, it was BORING (should a wrestling show ever be boring?!) and it was absolutly wrong following those vignette's. You get weird videos predicting the "end of the world as you know it" for weeks...the pay off is some dick running around boring the shit out of you...WRONG. I was watching it on a stream...the comments section blew up with UTTER hate for the angle. It's dumb booking like that that's hurting buisness. How can I take Jericho seriously as a heel now?
